One thing I am really proud of here at The Home Office Realty LLC is what a great team we are together. We work together, play together, eat together, sometimes have a drink together, and are more like a family because of it than anywhere else I've been or know of!

One of my company policies is "feed them often"! We have regular luncheons at the office where we sit around the dining table and chat, share stories, good and bad, and just spend some down time together. I have very strict hiring policies which make it tough for an agent to get in here, but if you get in, you're family!

 I think this is one of the reasons this is such a great place to work, we are like brothers and sisters, not competing brokers and agents. When one of our team is sick, on vacation or down, another one of us steps in and helps. There simply are none of the competitive issues that are part of most sales organizations. Not on my watch! This is truly a anomaly in our industry, but it one of the reasons you are always in good hands when you call The Home Office Realty LLC!
